WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?
BLOOM Studio Pilates is dedicated to helping women love their bodies, build strength and find balance, whether they are pregnant, post-partum or menopausal. We want you to BLOOM.
We offer a range of classes both online and in person so you can build the workout schedule that suits you.
Classes include: Beginners, Mixed Level, Prenatal and Mum and Baby.
Classes are kept to small groups or 1:1 / 1:2 to allow you to benefit from individual attention and tailored classes that will help to improve your posture, core stability and muscle tone.
Programmes combine Pilates, functional strength and breathwork to help you realign, restrengthen and rebalance your body and mind.
