Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations or reschedules within the 12 hour period will be charged a class credit. By agreeing to this policy you also agree to undertake the class at your own risk and understand that you are able to stop at any time. It is your responsibility to make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or injuries that might affect your ability to participate in the class, including but not limited to: heart conditions, chest pain, dizziness, bone or joint problems, blood pressure problems, pregnancy or postpartum. You release the instructor of any liability with respect to any damage or injury which you may suffer whilst exercising.
