Mat Pilates classes that challenge you to focus on mindful movement and develop your strength, mobility and flexibility.
These dynamic classes will develop your connection to your body whilst improving fitness, muscle tone and core stability.
HEALING GROUND: TRAUMA INFORMED PILATES
Healing Ground is a gentle, trauma-informed online Pilates class for women processing birth trauma, miscarriage, or stillbirth. Move at your own pace from the comfort of home, with supportive guidance to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and begin healing - physically and emotionally. No experience needed, just come as you are.
